Dear Neighbors,

     We are the fortunate few in countless ways!  It is from this perspective that I, Matt Walker, have chosen to earn your vote as a Council Member for service on the City Council for the City of Campbell.  I desire to give back from the place of receiving so much from our community on a daily basis.

     Our City of Campbell is the crown jewel of Silicon Valley!  It thrills me to have called this vibrant community home for the majority of the past five and a half years!  It was an easy choice to make the Orchard City, with its small-town feel, my place of residence when relocating my family to the Valley at the beginning of 2003 from a community in the Sierras of nearly 14,000 residents.  You, my fellow residents, are what make this city great!

     As a relatively young man, father, and member of the professional community as a Property Manager, I am highly interested in the future we are creating for ourselves and the generations to come.

     I am ideally suited to help navigate Campbell through our budget crisis while preserving and perpetuating our strong community culture and high level of public service.  My strategic approach to solving problems, as well as my leadership skills, are essential for taking Campbell out of the red and back on track in the black.  With a spirit of innovation we can create a brilliant vision for Campbell and improve our sense of community. With my visionary, innovative and strategic mind at your service we can continue to take pride in calling Campbell home for years to come.
